Meet Calandra Butler, a Georgia REALTOR® and the Founder & CEO of Opulent Choice Realty, Co. Calandra is a seasoned professional who brings a wealth of experience to the real estate industry.

As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Calandra has been a key driver in helping corporations deliver results with honesty, transparency, and integrity. She has honed her skills through both corporate project management and single real estate projects, allowing her to optimize her experience and trusted strategies to overcome any challenge.

But Calandra's expertise doesn't stop there. She has also earned several other certifications, including Certified Scrum Master, Safe Agilist, and Certified Luxury Home Sales Specialist. With this wealth of knowledge, Calandra is well-equipped to help clients navigate even the most complex real estate transactions.

Successfully managed a Centers of Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) initiative. This initiative’s objective was to expand and increase the reporting of physician performance measurement as well as other valuable insights. Ensured that the team helped maintain the company's certification as a Qualified Entity (QE) by properly handling the sensitive data.
For the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Information Technology Services Office (ITSO) PMO, was responsible for managing a multi-million dollar/multi-year initiative to deploy a Transformational Data Center solution. These infrastructure and security projects are under the GAO Public Health and Cybersecurity Audit Remediation Program.
For SunTrust Banks, Inc., managed a project that involved upgrading the infrastructure; hardware, OS and web application that stores all of the bank’s policies and procedures. This was a full software upgrade, updates to interfaces & data migration.

Lead Archiving project, of PeopleSoft data, removing more than 60 million records from FSCMPROD database, resulting in a reduction of approximately 300,000 MB or a 25% reduction in database size. This also resulted in reducing the Financials batch run time by about 30%..
Program Manager for the ERP PeopleSoft Program where key responsibilities included providing project oversight/audits on projects relating to PeopleSoft HR and Financial modules. Projects in the program totaled over $40 million, program to date.
For Logistics and Distribution, we've successfully transported for major companies while provided great customer service and prompt delivery.
